I have had two seperate consultations with Mr Gardner. He was friendly but professional in his manner. He listened intently and made me feel at ease. Mr Gardner completed thorough assessments, following an initial consultation and discussion of my symptoms, he did a physical examination. Following the examination, Mr Gardner explained his findings, with use of a drawing and simple language. A treatment plan and review appointment was given immediately. My contacts with Mr Gardner have been positive and personable, he is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I feel safe and happy with his Professional practice, to be directed by him for any further treatment. I fully recommend him as a Gynaecologist to anyone requesting this area of speciality. I also need to mention Helen Mr Gardner's PA, who is extremely professional but friendly, she is quick to respond to any requests, especially when making appointments and responding to emails/phone messages.

Mr Gardner has quite simply changed my life for the better. I would recommend him to anyone. He is very patient. Explains every option in a way you will understand. His knowledge is exceptional. He is very personable and puts you at ease straight away. When I had my operation he came to see me before and explained everything and put me at ease as I was feeling very nervous as was having a major operation and was second guessing whether I was making the right decision but I shouldn't have worried and knew from his recommendatiom, knowledge and experience I was. After my operation he came to see me in recovery and also later on when I was back in my room. His aftercare has also been exceptional.

I had my first consultation with Mr Gardner yesterday and I was very anxious before my appointment but within a couple of minutes I felt much more relaxed. He spent a lot of time explaining all the different treatment options available and was very patient answering all my questions. Mr Gardner’s PA is also a lovely lady.

Mr Gardener was great from my first consultation to my last consultation post operation. He was prepared for my initial consultation and had looked at all previous scans / tests completed under the NHS and was open and honest that surgery was required. He explained everything in a manner I understood and in detail. On the day of surgery he made me feel at ease and again explained the procedure to me. After surgery Mr Gardener made sure to come see me to inform me how the surgery had gone and show my some pictures he had taken. Overall, he is a fantastic consultant and I couldn’t recommend him more. He is the first consultant to explain exactly what my symptoms means, what is required and what can happen in the future. Thanks so much for looking after me!

As soon as I met Mr Gardner I felt I was in safe care, I’d had a stressful time previously and he reassured me what could be done. He listened and he answered all my questions. He’s very straight forward and tells you things straight so you know the facts which I very much wanted. In hospital when he said he’d check on me each day he did. Mr Gardner is someone you can trust to do what he says I am very grateful that he’s been responsible for my care. I’d also like to mention his PA Helen who is also very kind and has been so helpful.
